How does mobile pet styling work?
The first step is to call or fill out the form and pick your time. Put in your information and credit card to get on the schedule.
Pets accepted for grooming only under the following circumstances
1) Pet is fit and healthy, grooming which takes place on an elderly or infirm pet will be at the owner’s risk. Grooming may expose pre-existing health/skin conditions for which Groomiez cannot be held liable.
2) The pet rabies vaccine is up to date (as required by law) unless otherwise discussed.
3) In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorized Groomiez to contact the nearest veterinarian and authorize the Vet to treat the pet as necessary at your expense.
4) “De-matting” or complete coat removal will dramatically alter your pet’s appearance. This procedure may expose pre-exciting health/skin problems for which Groomiez cannot be held liable.
How Do I Cancel My appointment?
If you need to cancel you may do so with a click of a button in your account on the site or give us a call. We are sad to miss your appointment canceling must be done with in 48 hours before the appointment is set.

We accept All for of payment Check of cash and credit card. You must put in a credit card to get on the schedule you card will not be charged until after the service have been provided. If you want to pay cash or check we can collect at time of service.

Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will very sad to have missed you so please notify us about your cancellation or any changes 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
